Spray foam removal Ashby de la Zouch, done properly

We remove spray foam insulation from lofts, roofs and cavity walls across Ashby de la Zouch and the villages around it. Since 2021 we have stripped open cell foam, closed cell foam and everything in between, then treated the timbers underneath so the roof space can breathe again. Most jobs are finished in a day, and you get photographs of every rafter before we leave.

Our technicians work to BPCA certification and COSHH standards, wear full respirators and protective clothing, and run an air scrubber so dust never travels down into your bedrooms. We cover Ashby de la Zouch Town Centre, Blackfordby, Moira and Packington, and we can usually survey within 48 hours of your call.

Why homeowners choose us

Why our spray foam removal stands out

Plenty of firms will cut foam out of a loft. Far fewer will tell you what is happening to the timber underneath, document it properly, and leave the roof space in a state a surveyor will pass.

01Certified, insured, documentedWe hold BPCA certification, CHAS accreditation, Constructionline and SafeContractor registration, and our operatives are trained to City & Guilds insulation removal and NVQ in insulation removal standards. Every job ends with photographs, a waste transfer note and a removal certificate.

02We find the damage others missA thermal imaging camera goes into every loft before we start cutting. That is how we catch loft condensation, roof timber rot and damp patches that a quick visual check would walk straight past, and it is why our reports stand up to lender scrutiny.

03Local, quick and contactableWe are based in Ashby de la Zouch and cover Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire borders. Call 0333 567 2543 and you speak to someone who knows the DE11 and LE65 housing stock, not a national call centre.
